My name is Bill Nietz and I love beer. I guess you could say I’m a beer nerd, but I like Old Milwaukee at a classic Wisconsin tavern as much as I love a classic Belgian brew in Brugges.

Beer creates friends. My wife Sandy and I travel the U.S. and the world and make friends just by our love of beer. This site will take you to some of those places as I try to help you explore the world of beer (and to make new friends).
